Specificity

This antibody is predicted to cross react with both isoforms.

Application

Immunohistochemistry Analysis: A 1:250 dilution from a representative lot detected Bassoon in rat cerebellum, human cerebral cortex, rat colon, mouse small intestine, and rat kidney tissue.

Quality

Evaluated by Western Blotting in mouse brain tissue lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: A 1:5,000 dilution of this antibody detected Bassoon in 10 µg of mouse brain tissue lysate.

Physical properties

~420 kDa observed. Uncharacterized band(s) may appear in some lysates.

Physical form

Purified rabbit polyclonal in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.
