General description

Application


  • Catalytic Cracking to Light Olefins: n-Pentane is extensively used in studies focused on catalytic cracking processes. Recent research has explored the use of extra-framework aluminum in ZSM-5 zeolites to enhance the production of light olefins from n-pentane. This application is crucial for improving the efficiency of catalytic processes and the production of valuable petrochemical feedstocks (He et al., Journal of Analytical and Applied Pyrolysis, 2022).
