BRAND^® Test Tube Racks

BRAND^® test tube racks are made of polypropylene or PTFE, autoclavable, and designed to snap together in three pieces for easy assembly. They feature sturdy construction, are stackable, and will not float in a water bath. These test tube racks can hold up to 84 tubes of various diameters and are available in four colors.

Heathrow Scientific Tube Racks

Heathrow Scientific tube racks are made of polyoxymethylene (fiberglass reinforced), making them tough and highly resistant to acids, solvents, bases, and heat. These durable racks are molded in a single, continuous piece, requiring no assembly or detachable pieces. They feature molded coordinates for tube orientation, ensuring stability during use in water baths, and a flat labeling area for easier identification. These racks are available in both half and full rack sizes, capable of holding up to 72 tubes of various diameters, and come in four colors.

Heathrow Scientific colorful rotating 4-way racks and cube racks are made of autoclavable polypropylene. They can hold tubes from 1.5 to 50 mL with different diameter tubes on each side. They slide together on any surface, enabling users to work with different tubes across multiple interconnected racks as needed.

The Heathrow Scientific Pop-Up Rack for 50 mL tubes collapses for compact storage and “pops-up” for quick use. It features simple opening and closing mechanisms.

Scienceware^® POXYGRID^® Test Tube Racks

Scienceware^® POXYGRID^® test tube racks are made of epoxy (coated steel). The welded steel wire is coated with heat-cured, thermosetting epoxy, providing protection from rust and corrosion. The coating remains unaffected by most organic solvents, weak acids, and alkalis, and exhibits excellent abrasion resistance and adhesion to the steel substrate. The temperature range for these racks is -370 to 250°F (-233 to 121°C). With their durable design features, they are suitable for various laboratory applications. These test tube racks can hold up to 150 tubes, making them ideal for organizing and storing multiple samples efficiently.

Mega Rack^® Tube Racks

Mega Rack^® is a high-capacity storage rack specifically designed for sample and blood collection tubes. These tube racks are made of polypropylene, making them an ideal choice for high-throughput laboratories that require extensive sample storage. Additionally, Mega Racks are autoclavable, allowing for easy sterilization and repeated use in laboratory settings. The racks are constructed with durable and lightweight materials, ensuring ease of transport and handling. With their high-capacity design and robust construction, Mega Racks provide a practical solution for organizing and storing a large number of tubes efficiently.

Each rack is equipped with alphanumeric identification, facilitating quick and efficient location and retrieval of tubes. Additionally, the Mega tube racks allow for the consolidation of different test groupings into one rack, eliminating the need for multiple tube racks and promoting better organization. 

Microcentrifuge tube racks

Microcentrifuge tube racks are specifically designed for small vials and microcentrifuge tubes. They also help prevent tube tops from opening during boiling, effectively avoiding sample loss and contamination.

Heathrow Scientific PCR and Cryo Tube Racks

Heathrow Scientific cold temperature and PCR racks offer multiple solutions for handling and storage of 0.2 – 2 mL tubes. The PCR storage rack is equipped with a lid that has a side opening, allowing for faster cooling of samples to ensure integrity. The reversible PCR Racks enable the usage of 0.2 mL, 0.5 mL, and 1.5/2.0mL tubes, featuring a removable hinged lid that fits both sides of the rack.

The cryogenic storage rack has drainage holes in each well to facilitate cleaning. Also, there is alphanumeric identification of each well, and ribbed grips are incorporated to make single-handed unscrewing of caps easier. Heathrow Scientific also offers a floating Microtube Rack designed for keeping microtubes afloat in an ice bath, making it perfect for controlling sample temperatures. One of the latest additions to Heathrow Scientific’s product lineup is the TracRack®, designed to eliminate the inconvenience of extracting an entire rack of samples from cold storage. This innovative rack enables laboratory professionals to remove one row of samples at a time.

BRAND^® Microcentrifuge Tube Racks

BRAND^® microcentrifuge tube racks are made of PTFE and polypropylene, capable of holding up to 128 microtubes, available in three colors: blue, red, and white.

Nalgene^® Microcentrifuge Tube Racks

Nalgene^® microcentrifuge tube racks are made of glass-filled acetal, autoclavable, and can hold up to 24, 1.5-mL tubes. These tube racks are compatible with most laboratory chemicals, excluding acids.
