General description

Ephedrine hydrochloride is an active α- and β-adrenergic agonist. It has also been reported to be effective in treating daytime urinary incontinence in children.

Application

Ephedrine hydrochloride was used in the control of the inflammatory response. It was also used to treat hypotension caused by either anesthesia or overdose of antihypertensive drugs.
