Specifically optimized for nucleic acid microarray labeling. Higher reactivity Cy3 and Cy5 dyes: 40 000 pmol reactive dye per vial, at >75% reactive dye content. Ready-to-use, individually dispensed, and packed in foil packs.

CyDye Post-Labeling Reactive Dye Pack for the generation of highly fluorescent Cy3- and Cy5-labeled probes via post-labeling (amino allyl) method. The only reactive CyDye optimized for microarray probe labelling. CyDye Post-Labelling Reactive Dye Pack provides conveniently packaged, highly reactive Cy3 and Cy5 monofunctional NHS ester to label probes via the post-labeling (amino allyl) route for use in microarray applications.
