Detect Cytochrome P450 Enzyme CYP1A1 & CYP1A2 using this Anti-Cytochrome P450 Enzyme CYP1A1 & CYP1A2 Antibody validated for use in ELISA & WB.
Western blot: useful for the simultaneous detection of rat CYP1A1 (57 kDa) and CYP1A2 (54 kDa), which can be separated electrophoretically.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
