Rekonstituierung

Nach der Rekonstitution durch Filtration über einen Filter mit einer Porengröße von 0,22 µ;m oder 0,45 µ;m sterilisieren, in Aliquote aufteilen und für die langfristige Lagerung einfrieren (-20 °;C) oder für die kurzfristige Lagerung im Kühlschrank (4 °;C) aufbewahren. Sterile Stammlösungen sind bei -20 °;C bis zu 1 Jahr haltbar.
