Description générale

FOXC2 belongs to the forkhead transcription factor family and has a distinct DNA-binding forkhead domain. Increased expression of FOXC2 is known to prevent hypertriglyceridemia and insulin resistance induced by diet. FOXC2 has also been implicated in the metastasis of breast cancer.
Rabbit Anti-FOXC2 antibody recognizes human, mouse, and canine FOXC2.

Rabbit Anti-FOXC2 can be used for western blot applications at a concentration of 1.25μg/ml.

FOXC2 belongs to the forkhead family of transcription factors which is characterized by a distinct DNA-binding forkhead domain. The specific function of this gene has not yet been determined; however, it may play a role in the development of mesenchymal tissues.
