A 22 AA peptide within the cytoplasmic, c-terminal domain of the rat NHE3 (Brant et al. 1995; Orlowsji et al. 1992; Chris Yun et al. 1995; Josette & Pouyssegur 1995). Control peptide is available, cat# AG779.

This Anti-Na+/H+ Exchanger-3 Antibody is validated for use in ELISA, WB for the detection of Na+/H+ Exchanger-3.
Western blot: 1-10 μg/mL using Chemiluminescence technique. A band of approximately 90 kD has been detected in brush border membrane (Yohsioka et al. 1997). ELISA: 1:100,000 using 50-100 ng control peptide/well.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
