General description

TrueGel3D enzymatic cell recovery solution is extracted from Chaetomium gracile, which cleave glycosidic bonds of dextran polymers. It is used to dissolve dextran polymer to recover chemically fixed or live cells for post-culture analyses including RT-PCR, western blots and other molecular biological studies.

Application

TrueGel3D enzymatic cell recovery solution is used to dissolve dextran-based hydrogels to recover cells for post-culture analysis

Components

TRUEENZ-500UL contains TrueGel3D enzymatic cell recovery solution (dextranase)

Caution

Avoid loss of enzymatic activity by storing at -70°C

TrueGel3D hydrogels kits for 3D cell culture troubleshooting guide

TrueGel3D™ is a synthetic hydrogels platform for 3D cell culture that aim to mimic the natural extracellular environment for more physiological culture conditions

Protocols

A specific protocol for TrueGel3D™ hydrogel CD cell-degradable crosslinker and RGD peptide (TRUE1) kits for 3D cell culture is available

TrueGel3D™ is chemically defined hydrogel, enables cell growth in 3D environment and mimics native tissue environment. Slow gelation facilitates filling of microchannels or syringes. Find detail protocol of slow gelation for TrueGel3D™ kits

TrueGel3D™ is a chemically-defined hydrogel formed by mixing polymers with crosslinkers. This hydrogel permits the encapsulation of cells to put them in a three-dimensional environment to better mimic the native tissue environment.
