Cell Line Description
The squamous carcinoma cell line PE/CA-PJ49 has been obtained from a caucasian male of 57 years old.
Application
The cells can be used in in vitro invasion models for oral squamous epithelial carcinomas to evaluate turnaround stromal cell properties, as well as extra-cellular matrix.

Subculture Routine
Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:4-1:8 ie. seeding at 1-3 x10,000 cells/cm2 using 0.25% Tyrpsin/EDTA, 37°C, 5% CO2
