General description

Sodium thiosulfate (Na2S2O3) can be obtained from Na2S2O3.10H2O by heating above 100 °C. It can be synthesized from sodium sulfate.

Application

Applied in a widely useful, thiosulfate-assisted, synthesis of a variety of diamine-CuCN complexes.

Sodium thiosulfate (Na2S2O3) may be used in the following studies:
  • Industrial synthesis of methylene blue.
  • Quantitative estimation of elemental iodine by titrimetry.
  • Detection of trace levels of cysteine by employing triangular silver nanoplates (TAg-NPs).
Redi-Dri is an innovative packaging product line that helps eliminate clumping material by adding extra packaging process steps without any chemical additives, anti-clumping agents, or hydrophobic compounds. Redi Dri offers a more convenient and safer way to handle the products.
