General description

2,7,12,17-tetra-tert-butyl-5,10,15,20-tetraaza-21H,23H-porphine (TP) is a near infrared (nir) emitting dye. The dye is hydrophobic in nature. Dye incorporated BVqMAA micelles in cancer cell were studied for its drug delivery uptake and distribution.

Application

2,7,12,17-Tetra-tert-butyl-5,10,15,20-tetraaza-21H,23H-porphine has been used in multifunctional drug delivery investigations from ionic triblock terpolymer micelles.
