ESGRO Complete Basal Medium is a defined serum-free medium developed for use as a base medium for differentiation studies, for serum free culture of ES cells when used with LIF and BMP, and during routine washing steps when passaging cells.

Application

Routine washing of cells.

Suitable for serum free culture of ES cells when used with LIF and BMP.

Suitable for use as a base medium for differentiation upon addition of differentiation factors of choice.

Medium suitable for use on feeder independent cell lines.

Physical form

Basal serum free medium formulation without BMP or LIF.

pH 7.1-7.3

Storage and Stability

Store at -20°C. Refer to lot expiration date on label. After thawing, store at 4°C for one month. DO NOT REFREEZE.
