Reacts with the Coxsackie virus B3. Neutralizes coxsackie virus B3 Nancy strain at a titer of 1:6,000.

Application

Anti-Coxsackievirus B3 Antibody, clone 280-5F-4E-5E is an antibody against Coxsackievirus B3 for use in IF.
IFA at 1:1,000. Dilute with buffer pH 7.5-8.0 containing protein or other stabilizing medium. Final working dilutions must be determined by end user.
