General description

KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to the fibrinogen C-terminal domain of mouse Fibrinogen gamma chain.

Application

Epitope: Fibrinogen C-terminal Domain

Quality

Evaluated by Western Blotting in mouse liver tissue lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: 1.0 µg/mL of this antibody detected Fibrinogen gamma chain in 10 µg of mouse liver tissue lysate.

Physical properties

~55 kDa observed. The calculated molecular weight is 49 kDa, however Fibrinogen gamma chain has been shown as a ~55 kDa band due to glycosylation (Nickerson, J.M., et al. (1981). Biochemistry. 20:2818-2821).

Physical form

Purified rabbit polyclonal in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.

Storage and Stability

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.
