General description

ReadyTube® is ready to use media to provide the highest level of quality and testing confidence for improving accuracy and significantly reducing the risk of false results. ReadyTube® Yeast extract agar is a highly nutritive medium recommended for the plate count of microorganisms in water. The media contains Yeast extract and peptone to provide nitrogenous compounds, vitamin B complex, and other growth nutrients. The Yeast extract agar formulation is in accordance to ISO 6222, the test strains according to ISO 11133 and released through an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory.

Application

ReadyTube® Yeast extract agar is a medium rich in nutrients, which permits the recovery of a wide spectrum of bacteria, yeast, and molds from water samples. It finds application in the food and beverage industry
