General description

Methedrone is a synthetic stimulant of the phenethylamine, amphetamine, and cathinone classes. Significant abuse of this new designer drug, also known as 4-methoxymeth-cathinone, methoxyphedrine, or bk-PMMA, has been reported within the last year in Sweden, the UK, Poland and states including Louisiana and Kentucky.
