General description

DUX4 (double homeobox 4) has been mapped to human chromosome 4q35.2. DUX4 is an open reading frame of tandem array D4Z4. It consists of two homeobox sequences.

Specificity

This antibody recognizes human DUX4. Does not cross react with DUX4c.

Immunogen

C-terminal 76 amino acids of DUX4 with glutathione-s-transferase (GST) tag
