Application

Acetanilide standard reference material (SRM) is intended for use in validating microchemical procedures, used for the determination of carbon, hydrogen, and nitrogen in organic matter.

Features and Benefits

  • SRM 141E is available with a certificate documenting NIST-certified mass fraction values of acetanilide.
  • Certified values are determined using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
  • The NIST certificate is provided with storage and use instructions.

Other Notes

Example analytes are listed below as a reference. Please download a current certificate at nist.gov/SRM for current analytes and certified values.
Carbon (C), Hydrogen (H), Nitrogen (N) , Oxygen (O)

See certificate for values and more details at nist.gov/SRM.
