General description

mPAGE Western Protein Standard consists of seven recombinant proteins at 20 kDa, 30 kDa, 40 kDa, 50 kDa, 60 kDa, 80 kDa and 120 kDa with an IgG binding site that binds to most antibodies. This enables visualization of both the protein marker and sample proteins on the same western blot without additional reagents.
  • Unless otherwise stated in our catalog or other company documentation accompanying the product(s), our products are intended for research use only and are not to be used for any other purpose, which includes but is not limited to, unauthorized commercial uses, in vitro diagnostic uses, ex vivo or in vivo therapeutic uses or any type of consumption or application to humans or animals.

Application

Load 2.5 to 10 μL per well. For best results, the loading volume of the marker should be optimized based upon the sensitivity of the detection method. This marker binds to the constant region of IgG, so protein A or protein G fluorephore conjugates cannot be used for detection.

Do not boil.
