Application

Procedure for Coating Multiwell Dishes

1. Add the appropriate amounts of 0.1% Gelatin in Sterile Water to each well of the plate as indicated in the table below:

2. Leave the gelatin solution on the wells for at least 30 minutes at room temperature, with dish lids on.

3. Remove the gelatin solution and discard.

4. Immediately add cells to the dish.

Note: Do not allow the dishes to dry before adding cells.

Physical form

EmbryoMax 0.1% Gelatin Solution. Gelatin is sourced from porcine. Product is ready to use for plating.

Storage and Stability

Store at ambient temperature for upto 2 years
