Cer/Sph Mixture II has been used: as an internal standard mixture for sphingolipids quantification by liquid chromatography electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry (LC ESI-MS/MS), in liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) analysis for quality control check on the instrumental stability, internal standards mix for lipid extraction from serum and tissue samples by methyl-tert-butyl ether (MTBE)/methanol extraction method.
