General description
Recombinant, human interleukin-12 expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells. Pleiotropic cytokine that is produced by monocytes/macrophages, B cells, and connective tissue-type mast cells. Also known as natural killer cell stimulatory factor and cytotoxic lymphocyte maturation factor. A potent inducer of IFN-γ production and T cell differentiation and function.
