General description

Nuclear fast red (C.I. 60760) for microscopy Certistain®, is a dry dye for microscopy that is often used for staining nuclei in sample material of human origin. Depending on user requirements and personal preferences, it can be used for the preparation of a Nuclear fast red staining solution. It is commonly used for counterstaining in histochemical reactions, e.g. in Berlin blue staining for detection of iron or in silver plating of reticulin fibers, as well as nuclear staining with Alcian blue. As the dye belongs to the portfolio of Certistain® dyes, it is chemically analyzed according to strict specifications before release and a high staining quality, with reliable staining results is guaranteed.
