General description

Widely considered the premium columns for analyzing biopolymers by GFC, TSKgel SWXL columns feature high pore volume per unit column volume, low sample adsorption and excellent column efficiency, all contributing to unsurpassed sample resolution. With 8μm particles and 450Å pores, TSKgel G4000SWXL provides the largest exclusion limit and the widest fractionation range. It is an excellent choice for pegylated proteins or glycosylated biomolecules. The fractionation range is applicable for globular protein samples up to 7 million Da.

Physical form

Shipped in 0.05% NaN3 and 0.1 M Na2SO4 in 0.1 M phosphate buffer, pH 6.7.
