General description
KDM5B is an enzyme that demethylates lysine 4 in histone H3 and subsequently inhibits mRNA synthesis. This enzyme regulates developmental cellular processes such as mitosis and cell differentiation. Increased expression of KDM5B has been associated with cancer . Anti-KDM5B antibody is specific for KDM5B in humans.

Application
Anti-KDM5B antibody produced in rabbit, a Prestige Antibody, is developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project .
