Each kit contains 2 customizable screening sets that contain the following:
  • 7 X 2 pre-weighed bases (30 μmol) in individual microvials with magnetic stir bars
  • 4 X 2 base solutions
  • 2 empty microvials for Chemist′s Choice of base allowing customization
  • 4 degassed anhydrous solvents (DMF, MeOH, THF, Toluene)
  • 2 NEW KitAlysis 24-Well Reaction Block Replacement Films
  • 4 empty substrate stock solution reaction vials with stirbars
Monitor reaction progress via TLC-MS by following this protocol

Best when used with KitAlysis Benchtop Inertion Box and 24-well Reaction Block (sold separately).
