The antibody is directed against membrane molecules found on rat thymocytes, T-lymphocytes, bone marrow neutrophils, brain, and also on plasma and myeloma cells. The W3/13 antigen has a molecular weight of 95kDa.

Subkultur-Routine

Seed at 5x10,000 viable cells/ml. Subculture when cells reach 5x100,000-1x1,000,000 cells/ml (usually after 3-4 days); 5% CO₂; 37°C.
