Specificity

Human vitronectin. Specificity determined by ELISA and immunoprecipitation of I125 labeled vitronectin purified from plasma (Zanetti et al., 1994). The antibody reacts with vitronectin both in its native and denatured form.

Immunogen

Purified human plasma vitronectin (Preissner, 1985).

Application

Anti-Vitronectin Antibody, clone BV2 is an antibody against Vitronectin for use in ELISA, FC, IP, WB, IH.
