General description

The Titrisol® reference buffer concentrate [citrate/hydrochloric acid; pH=3.00±0.02 (20 °C)] is analyzed in the ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration laboratory with a combined glass electrode and 5-point calibration according to DIN 19268 against a certified primary standard reference material following DIN 19266. The Titrisol® concentrated buffer material combines ease of use and maximum precision for the routine calibration and monitoring of pH instruments. To prepare the ready-to-use pH buffer solution, simply dilute the Titrisol® buffer concentrate.

Application

  • Bioinspired Collective Total Synthesis of (±)-Rhynchines A-E.: This research outlines the bioinspired synthesis of Rhynchines A-E, demonstrating innovative synthetic methodologies. Silica gel was employed for purification processes, showcasing its critical role in the synthesis and isolation of complex natural products (Guo et al., 2024).

  • Lipidomic analysis and triglyceride profiles of fish oil: Preparation through silica gel column and enzymatic treatment.: This research utilized silica gel column chromatography to separate and analyze triglycerides in fish oil, highlighting its importance in lipidomics and food chemistry (Song et al., 2022).

Features and Benefits

  • Traceable to primary standard reference materials from NIST and PTB
  • Analytical standard Grade
  • Uncertainty data and traceability are documented in a comprehensive and batch-specific Certificate of Analysis.

Analysis Note
