General description

PD MiniTrap G-25 is a prepacked, single-use column for cleanup of large biomolecules (such as proteins >5000 Mr) by removal of buffer salts and low molecular weight compounds.

Application

Protein sample preparation. Desalting/Buffer Exchange/Cleanup.
