General description
The D-Tube Dialyzers are mainly used for dialysis and electroelution of proteins, RNA, DNA, and oligonucleotides from polyacrylamide or agarose gels. No syringes, microcentrifuges, or time-consuming steps are required to manipulate small sample volumes with the disposable, single-use tubes. Samples can be added and removed with the use of a standard laboratory pipet. This D-Tube dialyzer is designed with a volume capacity of 100-3000 μl. It contains 10 D-Tube dialyzers and one floating rack that can hold up to four D-Tube dialyzers. The membrane is ultra-clean and is free of sulfur and heavy metal.
