應用
胆红素氧化酶用于降解胆红素。胆红素氧化酶可用于测定黄疸标本中的游离血红蛋白 。在染料流出液脱色方面也有潜在的应用,是治疗新生儿黄疸的潜在药物 。
胆红素氧化酶(来自疣孢漆斑菌)已用于消除胆红素干扰。它还可用于通过荧光素衍生物(FS)标记和多元校正进行直接胆红素(dBR)和总胆红素(tBR)分析。
生化/生理作用
胆红素氧化酶 (BOD) 是一种催化胆红素氧化为胆绿素的多铜氧化酶。氧是电子受体,被还原成水。在血清的医学检查中,该酶用于血清中胆红素的诊断分析。它也被用作中性条件下工作的生物燃料电池阴极的酶催化剂。是一种单体蛋白,分子量为 60 kDa,在中性 pH 下具有高反应性。BOD 参与卟啉和叶绿素代谢。
