氟康唑是一种抗真菌剂。是真菌细胞色素P-450甾醇C-14α-去甲基化的高选择性抑制剂。氟康唑是一种有效的CYP2C9抑制剂。氟康唑可干扰真菌麦角甾醇合成并下调金属硫蛋白基因。
