一种广谱有效的蛋白质酪氨酸磷酸酶抑制剂。也可抑制Na+、K+-ATP酶、酸性和碱性磷酸酶、磷酸果糖激酶和腺苷酸激酶。在微摩尔范围内,还抑制鼠伤寒沙门氏菌麦芽糖(MalFGK2)重组结合蛋白依赖性ATP结合盒(ABC)转运体的ATP酶活性。可通过过氧化氢转化为过钒酸盐。
