一般說明

JMJD1C（含jumonji域的蛋白1C）也称TRIP8，该组蛋白脱甲基酶的突变与某些形式的自闭症有关。JMJD1C也被认为可以重新激活胚胎干细胞、胰岛和胃癌中的基因。JMJD1C也被认为是基因表达调节剂。最近显示带有WHISTLE的JMJD1C在小鼠睾丸发育中也起作用。JMJD1C已被确定为核受体共激活因子，并且是自闭症的候选基因。

應用

使用经WB、ICC验证的抗-JMJD1C抗体（兔多克隆抗体）检测JMJD1C，也称为含1C或tr相互作用蛋白8的jumonji结构域。
