ABSTRACT

We have developed soft, peelable organogels from 40% hydrolyzed poly(vinyl acetate) (40PVAc) and benzene-1,4-diboronic acid (BDBA). The organic liquids gelated include dimethyl sulfoxide, dimethylformamide, tetrahydrofuran, 2-ethoxyethanol, and methanol.
