General description
iFluor 790 is designed to label proteins and other biomolecules with near infrared fluorescence. iFluor 790 conjugates exhibit excitation (787 nm) and emission (812 nm) spectra similar to that of indocyanine green (ICG) and the IRDye® 800 dye and are well separated from commonly used far-red fluorophores such as Cy5, Cy7, and allophycocyanin (APC). Hence, it is suitable for multicolor analysis. It can also be used in small animals for in-vivo imaging applications.
