洗脱缓冲液是亲和层析中的一种主要溶剂。洗脱缓冲液先用于洗脱未结合的蛋白质，然后更高浓度的洗脱缓冲液用于从配体中释放所需的蛋白质。重点是，洗脱缓冲液起作用速度极快，不会改变所需蛋白质的功能或活性。
