一般說明

MILLIPLEX® 大鼠甲状腺激素是一种3重试剂盒,用于同时定量血清、血浆和组织培养样品中的以下任何或所有分析物:T3(竞争性测定),T4(竞争性测定)和TSH。该试剂盒采用96孔板,包含冻干标准混合物、两个内部检测质控品,最多可测量38份样本,一式两份。

  • 推荐样品稀释度:每孔25 μL 1:6稀释的血清或血浆;细胞/组织培养样品可能需要在适当的对照培养基中稀释。
