Immunocytochemistry Analysis: A 1:100 dilution from a representative lot detected Cytochrome c in HeLa, A431, HUVEC, and NIH 3T3 cells.
Affinity Binding Assay: 100 μg/mL from a representative lot detected Cytochrome c in CYCS protein showed a KD of 2.6 x 10^-8 whereas binding of ZRB1503 to non-specific GST protein showed a KD of 4.4 x 10^-4.
Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) Analysis: A 1:100 dilution from a representative lot detected Cytochrome c in human heart and human stomach tissue sections.
