Opis ogólny

Native Lys-type plasminogen from human plasma prepared from homogeneous Glu-plasminogen by activation with plasmin. Activation results in release of a 76 residue peptide (Glu¹-Lys⁷⁶). Lys⁷⁷-plasminogen can be readily converted to Lys⁷⁷-plasmin by any of the common plasminogen activators.
