Partisil 10 SAX HPLC column is a strong anion exchanger useful for the separation of nucleotides, nucleosides and bases.
Partisil SAX is a strong anion-exchange phase based on quaternary ammonium groups. It is stable over the pH range 1.5 to 7.5. Typical applications include separation of nucleic acids, organic acids and inorganic anions.
