General description

The product is water containing 0.1%v/v trifluoroacetic acid. This pre-blended mobile phase solvent is of high purity that reduces time-consuming preparation and prevents instrument downtime because of impure mobile phases. It can be employed for HPLC and UHPLC (Ultra High performance Liquid Chromatography) techniques. Trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) is commonly used as a mobile phase additive. It is a UV transparent, volatile acid that forms hydrophobic negatively charged trifluoroacetate ion.
