General description

Reagent-cartridge Suzuki Coupling is a reagent cartridge for the Synple 2 Automated Synthesizer that enables the synthesis of biaryl scaffolds through a Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling. The cartridge contains all necessary reagents and catalysts for coupling the user aryl bromide and aryl boronic acid.

Scale: up to 0.8 mmol
Compatible substrates: aryl bromides, aryl boronic acids

Cartridge contents:
  • Supported Pd catalyst, Cs2CO3, Celite (for cross-coupling reaction)
  • Supported carbonate (for purification)
  • Silica and HM-N (for purification)
