Description

General description

A stable-labeled internal standard suitable for pentobarbital testing by GC/MS or LC/MS for clinical toxicology, forensic analysis, or urine drug testing applications. Pentobarbital is a short-acting barbiturate and hypnotic sold under the trade name Nembutal^® and approved for treatment of seizures and preoperative sedation. Also known as pentobarbitone, the sodium salt of pentobarbital is used as an anesthetic in veterinary medicine.
