General description

Culture media at the push of a button-the ReadyStream® system has revolutionized media preparation and dispensing. Up to 100 liters of pre-heated media can be conveniently prepared when and where needed. In an initial 20-minute step gamma-irradiated dehydrated media is rehydrated by adding sterile filtered water in a semi-automated way. This creates 10x concentrated media stock which consequently provides the 10-fold volume when dispensed by the ReadyStream® system.
The ReadyStream® complete system contains the following items
1.One media preparation unit box with:
  • One media preparation unit assembly (RDYSTRM10)
  • One barcode scanner (RDYSTRM80)
  • One barcode scanner stand
  • One RS232 cord for barcode scanner
  • One RJ45 cable (RDYSTRM70)
  • One inlet water tubing (RDYTUBE10)
  • One tubing for water outlet
  • One USB card with the user manual and safety instructions
2.One dispensing unit box (RDYSTRM20) with:
  • One media dispensing unit base
  • One stand with dispensing arm
3.One standard bag holder box (RDYSTRM30)
4.One large bag holder box (RDYSTRM40)
5.One power cord for use in Japan
6.One mesh strainer (RDYSTRAIN01)
7.One sanitization kit (RDYSTRM90)

Application

ReadyStream® Media Unit is used to conveniently prepare and dispense large amount of pre-heated sterile media. The prepared media is ready to use for routine microbiological applications.
