General description

A chemically modified forskolin with greater stability and water solubility. Activates adenylate cyclase (EC50 = 13 µM).
Chemically-modified forskolin with greater stability and water solubility than the parent compound. Activates adenylate cyclase (EC50 = 13 µM). Inhibits 5HT-stimulated inositol phosphate accumulation in smooth muscle cells.
