Transfer the solution into 50 mL plastic tube (55248-U); add 10 mL acetonitrile; shake for 1 minute by hand; add contents of the Supel QuE Non-Buffered Extraction Tube 2 (55295-U); (shake for 5 minutes using QuEChERS shaker (55278-U); centrifuge for 5 minutes at 5000 rpm; collect top acetonitrile layer; no cleanup is required.)
